Explicación:

Lo primero que hacemos es convertir cada oración a inglés cómo indica el ejercicio, quedando como;

The sky is blue.

Juan Pedro and María are brothers.

I am interesting.

Después las convertiremos a negativo, es decir negarlo anterior;

The sky is not blue.

Juan Pedro and María are not brothers.

I'm (contracción de "I am") not interesting.

Y finalmente convertimos a pregunta recordando que en las preguntas siempre debe ir primero el verbo to be o las wh questions (preguntas cómo where, who o why).

Is the sky not blue?

Are not Juan Pedro and María brothers?

Am not interesting?
